Draft Advisor Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated August 22, 2026
This policy covers the Draft Advisor web application, Cloudflare service, and Draft Advisor Connector Chrome extension.
What the connector does
The connector is a read-only bridge between a user's ESPN Fantasy Football league and Draft Advisor. It uses the user's existing ESPN session in Chrome to discover leagues, import normalized league settings and draft history, and reflect live draft picks in Draft Advisor.
Information we process
- Google account information used to sign in to Draft Advisor, such as account identifier, name, email address, and profile image.
- Normalized ESPN fantasy information needed for the product: league identifiers and names, seasons, teams and owner display names, league settings, draft history, live draft status, and picks.
- Connector information such as pairing identifiers and tokens, last-seen time, import-task status, version, and limited error diagnostics.
The connector does not read, store, or transmit ESPN passwords, authentication cookies, request headers, or raw ESPN responses. It does not collect general browsing history, keystrokes, mouse activity, payment information, health information, personal communications, or precise location.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate the user, pair the user's browser, provide the requested fantasy-football imports and live draft display, maintain reliability and security, and answer support requests. Draft Advisor does not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use it for lending or credit decisions.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure providers that operate Draft Advisor, including Google for sign-in, Vercel for the web application, and Cloudflare for APIs, storage, and background processing; or when required by law. These providers process information on Draft Advisor's behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.
Google API data
Draft Advisor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention, control, and deletion
Draft Advisor keeps account and normalized league data only as long as needed to provide the service and maintain security. Users can disconnect the connector and sign out from My Account. To request deletion of stored account or league data, follow the steps on the data deletion page.
Security and read-only limits
The extension uses fixed HTTPS endpoints and bundles all executable code in the published package. Network responses are handled only as data. The connector never submits draft picks, changes league settings, or clicks ESPN draft controls.
